The first years maintenance following the installation of your new alarm system is free of charge.

In subsequent years an optional maintenance contract is available. The cost of these contracts vary in accordance with the type and size of the system installed, but all offer the same benefits:

24 Hour Service 

We offer free twenty four hour service for all maintained systems that comply with the requirements of Rhino Security Ltd's maintenance agreement.

But that doesn't mean that if your are not on maintenance, we won't come out to you. All our customers are important to us, so we will never leave you with a problem without offering assistance. However, a call-out charge, (payable to the engineer) will be levied.
